Sarabande lands its fourth selection! This time it will screen in Maracay International Film and Video Festival competing in the category Documentary Short Film. This will also mark its first South American premier happening this June in Maracay, Venezuela.
We are happy to announce that Sarabande has been awarded by CINALFAMA Lisbon International Film Awards in categories for Best Documentary and Best Medium or Feature Film. Our documentary will also be competing for the festival’s annual main prize!

Cinalfama Lisbon International Film Awards is our next host! Sarabande will be screening on the 29th of May at Fama De Alfama competing in the Best Documentary category. This event makes us particularly joyful since Lisbon has been and remains an important part of our journey in the film.
Our film Sarabande landed its first award as the best documentary of month April in the Glasgow based The Monthly Film Festival – an online festival that promotes films across various online media platforms.
Sarabande is scheduled to screen three times during this edition of ZagrebDox 2018. The director Kaltrina Krasniqi will do a Q&A session on the 28th of February starting a 6PM. We hope to see you there!
